Diana Lutz of the Washington University press office wrote a popular news article about research done by Dr. Fegley and Laura Schaefer on the silicate atmosphere of the exoplanet CoRot-7b. This news article was picked up and republished by a number of websites, such as Fox News, the UK Telegraph, MSNBC, Geology.com and more.

Bruce Fegley was also interviewed by an AP reporter, and Laura Schaefer by National Geographic.

Katharina Lodders has written an invited chapter on Exoplanet Chemistry for the forthcoming book Formation and Evolution of Exoplanets (R. Barnes, ed, Wiley).
